Development Manager

Kameron began his career with New York Life in 2016, in the Charlotte General Office after graduating from Appalachian State University with a degree in Risk Management & Insurance and a minor in Supply Chain Management. Kameron relocated to the DMV in 2018 to become a Development Manager. A former quarterback at Appalachian State & Campbell University, he brings a disciplined, team-oriented approach to leadership and professional development.

He is passionate about helping agents and advisors learn, grow, and achieve sustainable success. His philosophy is captured by his favorite quote: “Set a goal so big that you can’t achieve it until you grow into the person who can,” reflecting his belief that meaningful success comes through continuous personal and professional growth.

Outside of work, he coaches high school football and enjoys time with his fiancée and his French bulldog, Knox.
